Back to basics and a sweary apology

Going old school with Post-Its and the most authentic apology you'll ever read, courtesy of The Offspring.

Post-it notes are back. I’ve been back in strategy mode this week, so of course, the colourful post-its had to come out to play. Plotting user journeys has fired up a different part of my brain which was maybe a little rusty until the pens and paper made an appearance! No matter how digitally focused the project is, mapping the experience in the physical world always helps bring clarity to complex flows. For me, the mere act of looking at something on paper adds a dash of creativity that just doesn’t come through on the screen. I’d love to know if that’s a neurodivergent quirk of mine or a shared experience!

If you have a marketing project you need some help on, I’d love to hear the details. Drop me a line here to get the conversation started.
